It all begins with our first call. We’ll schedule a call lead by Brian Real and/or Leslie Real - two very knowledgeable consultants on the NetSuite SuiteCommerce platform. They’ll listen carefully and ask questions to help understand your specific needs. You’ll also learn more about us as they present the company and discuss ways that we can help you.

    AwaLabs initiates the process by sending a questionnaire for an initial assessment of your webstore site. Subsequently, we may follow up with specific questions or schedule another call for further clarification.

  • 6- Agile Communication and Progress Updates:

    Operating with an agile methodology, we encourage almost daily communication and set up weekly status meetings to showcase progress and gather your early feedback.
  • 7- Transparent Reporting and Billing:

    Weekly time reports detail our work, time/effort expended, project status, and an invoice summarizing the tasks completed. Payment is tied to project progress, fostering a relationship based on trust.
  • 8- Development and Testing:

    During the development phase, our team executes unit testing and code reviews. Post-development, an end-to-end testing phase ensures bug-free performance before presenting it to you for User Acceptance Testing.
  • 9- Go-live Preparation:

    Ahead of going live, we perform a pre-go-live checklist, addressing every quality aspect and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • 10- Post Go-live Support:

    Our team commences work, prioritizing the use of a sandbox environment for enhanced safety. If unavailable, we create a separate environment within the production setting.     Operating in an agile methodology, we encourage almost daily communication with our team. Weekly status meetings are set up to showcase progress and gather early feedback at each project stage.
  • 6- Transparent Reporting and Billing:

    Every week, you receive a comprehensive time report detailing our work, time/effort expended, project status, and an invoice summarizing the tasks completed. Our billing structure is based on progress, ensuring you pay only as the project advances, reflecting our commitment to trust-based collaboration.
  • 7- Testing and Deployment:

    Throughout the development phase, we conduct unit testing and code reviews for all functionalities. After completing development, we deploy an end-to-end testing phase to eliminate critical bugs before presenting the changes for User Acceptance Testing. Once ready to go live, we migrate all tasks to production, performing additional QA to guarantee a seamless transition.

Consulting or Training

    In an initial meeting, you can outline the issues/enhancements where you would like our consultation. Alternatively, we can also receive information on the desired issues/enhancements via email.
  • 2- Time Estimate:

    We will provide an estimated time for our consulting services, allowing you to utilize as much time as needed.
  • 3- Agreements and Commitment:

    Once you've decided to move forward, we're happy to send the necessary agreements for your review and signature.
  • 4- Work Commences:

    After agreements are signed, our team dives into the project. When addressing issues, we thoroughly examine the code and site to determine the problem and provide details on how to address it yourself. For more complex features, we present solutions as if we are going to implement them.  
  • 5- Solution Implementation:

    You have the flexibility to implement the fixes yourself, or if preferred, AwaLabs can execute the solution.
  • 6- Question and Clarification:

    We welcome any questions you may have and will respond accordingly. If needed, we'll set up a meeting to fully explain the details.
  • 7- Code Review and Reporting:

    After you've implemented the solution, AwaLabs conducts a comprehensive code review to ensure best practices are followed. Each week, you'll receive a detailed time report outlining our work, project status, and an invoice summarizing the efforts expended. Importantly, you pay only as the project progresses, reflecting our commitment to a trust-based partnership.


Additionally, please note that for our specialized training services, a special rate is applied. This rate, which is higher than the normal implementation rate, reflects our dedication to sharing valuable knowledge and ensuring the success of your team.
